It is worth noting that appraisals being submitted to FHA via EAD will remain unchanged and will utilize UAD 2.6 for the foreseeable future. PATHWAY will support both UAD 3.6 and existing UAD 2.6 submissions to UCDP and EAD for as long as required by the GSEs and FHA.
